In addition to handling insurance coverage and claims, she purchases many of the cattle supplies, such as herd health products and ear tags.
Phyllis says with a smile, “Dave and I have been married- 46 looong years.” Most of her time is spent in her bull barn office, but she especially enjoys interacting with the Nichols crew, customers and visitors.
Phyllis is a great cook and is Nichols Farms’ “hostess with the mostest.”
Phyllis enjoys her children, Fletcher and Jennifer. She is active in community service projects and retired last year from the Anita School Board after 20 years of service.
